Dr. Woods will lead a workshop on Saturday, then put it into practice in worship on Sunday. Saturday, February 25, 1:30-4:30 pm and Sunday, February 26, 10:30 am Refreshments to follow This workshop will help you: - Explore various approaches to worship and spirituality, learning from various Christian traditions
- Identify the ways you approach Christian faith and worship
- Reflect on how your congregation approaches its own faith life, as expressed in worship
Dr. Woods is Director of Pastoral Studies at The Presbyterian College (Montreal) and an Adjunct Professor at McGill University. Previously, he served as Senior Minister at First Presbyterian Church (Brandon, MB) for 14 years. His professional experience also includes teaching at a Bible school that he helped establish. His primary interests are in preaching, congregational life and leadership, organization change, and spiritual formation. He is married to Susan and has two adult children, David and Sarah. |
