CHURCH LEADERSHIP

Calvin Presbyterian Church follows the Presbyterian model of Church government. A group of Elders chosen by congregation form the “Session” and they provide spiritual leadership for the congregation. 

 

Another committee, also chosen by the congregation, is called the Board of Managers and they are responsible for the physical aspects of the church including the maintenance of the building and church finances.

 

The minister is the Moderator of the Session and is responsible to the local Presbytery.
